Our Commitment:

We chose the name "Gluten Free Gourmet" based on our commitment to providing products that are gluten free AND deliver a gourmet taste.  We begin with dedicated gluten free cookware and a Certified Gluten-Free flour blend.  We add the freshest premium ingredients (organic whenever possible), and make everything in small batches to ensure quality.  Finally, we test every recipe with our gluten-eating friends and family, so that everyone can enjoy the gourmet taste...gluten free.

In addition, we want to work with you to develop recipes for the food you want but can not find gluten-free.
