My mission is to offer delicious gluten-free food that everyone can enjoy, not just those with food allergies.  I have been gluten-free since 2000 and have successfully tested each recipe with our gluten-eating friends.  You will no longer have to apologize about the food being gluten-free!  All the products are freshly made with dedicated gluten-free utensils, pans and mixers.
